Tristan Fahey - Strategy, Insights & Research
Tristan's passion for building strong brands, and curiosity about what drives consumers, have led her transition from her marketing role on the client's side to the agency side, with continued focus on brand strategy and consumer insight, over the past 24 years. Tristan's marketing experience accrued from CCA/Smiths Snackfoods, Frito Lay Snackfoods and Pacific Dunlop/Edgell Birdseye include managing and building some of Australia's best loved food and snack brands. Her desire to unlock real insights that drive powerful brands and better businesses led her to join brand agency, Added Value, initially as part of the Australian set-up team and ultimately, as a local board member (including a year in the London headquarters) overseeing both local and regional clients and brands. Following her time at Added Value, Tristan worked at Initiative Media in the position of Consumer Insights Director, while also running her own brand and innovation consultancy. Along with her skills in strategic brand management, Tristan is also a trained moderator, researcher and workshop facilitator. Adam Hodgson - Analytics
Adam has a passion for numbers and the deep insights that they can reveal to marketers. Helen Konstantelos - Digital
Helen brings a unique blend of digital marketing experience spanning the disciplines of technology, production and media to the team at Impetus. Her depth and breadth of knowledge and inherent drive for success have in turn seen her clients enjoy great success in the digital space. Throughout her 11 year career in digital marketing, she has worked on many major brands across a diverse number of categories in the APAC region. They include Sportingbet, Dell, Optus, Intel, Ninemsn, Channel 7, Aussie, Tourism NT, AMP and Peugeot. Helen has also been an active member of the digital marketing industry through her involvement with the Media Federation of Australia and ADMA, helping with development of industry education programs. The early 90's saw Helen embark on a short-lived acting career with some extra work on Australian soaps including Home and Away. One industry's loss is another's gain and we are all the richer for Helen's contributions as the digital specialist on your business.
